  • Principal

    Laurel brings over 15 years of operational excellence to her role as founder of Macadia Strategy Solutions, LLC. With deep expertise at the intersection of legal, sales, and security operations, she transforms operational challenges into strategic advantages for growing organizations.

    Beginning her career as a legal assistant, Laurel discovered her passion for legal operations and carried this focus through law school and into her professional trajectory. Her methodical approach to operational efficiency led to increasingly strategic roles, culminating in building and leading the Legal Operations function from inception at Elastic, N.V.

    This foundational experience in legal operations provided Laurel with transferable insights that expanded her expertise into complementary operational domains. She developed specialized knowledge in go-to-market strategies—particularly deal desk and order operations—and information security processes, creating cohesive operational frameworks that drive business growth.

    Laurel's comprehensive understanding of operational interdependencies enables her to identify optimization opportunities that might otherwise remain hidden between departmental boundaries. She holds a B.A., magna cum laude, from The College of New Jersey and a J.D. from The George Washington University Law School.

    A graduate of Michigan State University, Isabella has further enhanced her expertise through specialized certifications in Instructional Design and Learning Technology applications from the University of Illinois and Business Contracts from Cornell University. Her unique combination of legal operations knowledge and technological proficiency enables her to develop tailored solutions that help organizations optimize performance, increase efficiency, and achieve sustainable growth in today's competitive landscape.
